What we collect
When a pool owner uses the quote form we collect their postcode, the kind of job, what it is for, their name and mobile number. When a business uses the trade form we collect the business name, trade, licence or registration number, postcodes covered, a contact name and email. We do not ask for payment details. The compliance checker runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Why we collect it
To pass a pool owner's request to inspectors, fencing contractors or pool builders who work in that postcode so they can contact them about the job, and to reply to businesses that ask about receiving enquiries. We do not sell personal information to marketers.
Who we share it with
- Pool safety inspectors, certifiers, fencing contractors or pool builders who can quote on the job described.
- The form service that delivers requests to us.
How long we keep it

Your rights
